Flying Fisherman® Returns Policy

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.  You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in its original packaging with tags attached, and needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) will be issued.  Please allow 2 weeks for processing.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your items.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you have any questions please contact our customer service department at 800-335-9347 or 305-852-8989 or just ship prepaid, to:

For warranty replacement of all Master Angler RhinoLensSunglasses, include a $20 check or money order to cover return shipping and handling.

For Action Angler or Floating Sunglasses and apparel items, include a $10 check or money order to cover return shipping and handling.

An identical or similar replacement will be sent to you. Please do not send cash. We are not responsible for cash sent through the mail. We cannot accept warranty claims on purchases made through unauthorized resellers.
